I want to say Shayla the manager here did a great job handling this customer today. Now usually I don’t write reviews but this was like something I see all too often with customer service. I was at location waiting to check out when a customer or client I’m not sure came in looking like she was ready to fight the front desk. The manager I can tell was trying very hard to keep her cool. Didn’t break character once. The client was irate and telling Shayla she wasn’t letting her talk, while in the same breath was yelling at her and speaking over the manager. A few or more times did I hear Shayla offer her things and the lady was just not happy. Worst of it all is the client said she didn’t care if the massage therapist was sick she pays too much money (entitled much)! The lady kept telling Shayla to stop yelling but Me nor the fellow people in the clinic heard Shayla just the lady. Anyways this lady was rude and loud and Shayla did a great job holding it together. If the company doesn’t doesn’t acknowledge you, I will. You did great I’ll see you guys again in 4 weeks

Jared is extremely knowledgeable. Absolutely amazing massage; perfect pressure incredibly relaxing and very professional. I left feeling refreshed and stress-free one of the best massages I've ever had and highly recommend
